At True Clean Industries, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchases. We understand that sometimes, an item may not be what you expected. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Starting a Return To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92. Note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged/faulty or not what you ordered in the first place. You can contact our customer service if you wish to send the items through courier. When your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned.

Exchanges The best way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be contacted to confirm your refund medium and will be issued your refund within 10 business days.
